Intellectual Property
The department handles a variety of intellectual property issues. Among other things, the department deals with trade marks, copyrights, patents and designs and handles enforcement and defense against infringement at legal proceedings.
The department provides trademark registration services, application and technology registration, drafting content management and distribution agreements in digital media and also provides legal representation services in proceedings before the Patent Registrar and represents in cooperation with civil and criminal litigation personnel in the firm, and in infringement proceedings of all kinds.
