Advocate Yoram Elkis, Head of the Banking and Finance Law Practice
Advocate Elkis brings extensive experience in banking and business support, having served as a both a credit manager and a bank manager.
He currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Banking and Finance Committee of the Israel Bar Association. Previously, he served as a member of the Petroleum Council and as a member of the Appeals Committee under the Real Estate Tax Law in the Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem District Courts.
Elkis serves as a consultant to companies and businesses and as a court-recognized expert in the field of economics. He specializes in the areas of civil law, real estate, planning and construction and personal status. He particularly focuses on the issue of family capital management, including Family Office management. Specializes in litigation in fields across the legal spectrum. Clerked at the Justice Ministry and later worked at the law firm of Naor-Epstein. In 2005 he co-founded, along with Adv. Yogev Narkis, the Schwartz-Narkis & Co. law firm. Advocate Narkis serves as a lecturer in the "Art of Litigation" Clinic of the Ono Acadamic College Law School, as well as teaching and lecturing negotiation techniques with the NEST firm, and serves as a tactical negotiation expert within the NEST team. Oron also serves as a lecturer in the continuing education program of the Israel Bar Association. He has a regular column entitled "Criminal Record" on the Legal Magazine of Israel's Public Broadcasting Corporation's Channel One, and served as a copywriter for the Educational Television channel's production, "The Jury". Today he serves as the writer and presenter for the "Retrail" podcast for the KAN Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation. Schwartz frequently publicizes opinion pieces in both the print and online media. Schwartz has an M.A. from Tel-Aviv University in Archaeology and Ancient Near East Civilizations, and wrote his thesis on the Iron-age discoveries at the Kiryat Yearim site.

Advocate Rotem Nir, Head of Jerusalem Office
Member of the Israel Bar since 2013.
Advocate Nir completed his military service in the intelligence corps, holding positions in training and in field intelligence. He studied management and communication studies at the Open University and graduated with an L.L.B law degree in 2011. He clerked at the Jerusalem Public Defender's Office in the Ministry of Justice.
Nir engaged in theater studies at the Nissan Nativ Acting Studio. He is currently completing a master's degree at Bar-Ilan University and facilitates a social studies and law workshop for 9th grade students at Seligsberg High School in Jerusalem.

Advocate Mirkin was born in Paris, France in 1937. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and French Civilization from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; an L.L.B. from Tel Aviv University, and M.A in Marine Archaeology from Haifa University; and a Ph.D. in Marine Archaeology from Tel Aviv University.
Mirkin was an associate and then partner at the Yaacov Salomon, Lipschütz & Co. law office. Mirkin founded the D. Mirkin & Co. law office in 1986, and practiced law until his retirement in 2015. He specialized in Intellectual Property, Hotel Business, Administrative law, Shipping and Maritime Law. He is Of Counsel at Schwartz Narkis & Co. since 2018.

Narkis holds a B.A. in Government Studies and a L.L.B. in Law, and has an M.A in History from Tel Aviv University. He previously played professional football for Hapoel Herzliya F.C.

Advocate Elias Inbram
Advocate Inbram previously served as a civil servant at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and as a civil activist.
Inbram immigrated from Ethiopia in 1983 through the deserts of Sudan, a journey that began when he was four years old and in which he was almost forgotten in the desert. He served in the Israeli military and after completing his studies at the Kfar Batya youth village, he engaged in redressing social injustices and managing educationa projects. He was ultimately appointed director of an organization dedicated to the advancement of Ethiopians in Israel, in parallel with his academic studies.
In the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Inbram held fascinating diplomatic positions abroad. In his efforts to improve the image of the Ethiopian community, Inbram participated in the reality show "The Ambassador" and continues to be interviewed in the Israeli media. He presents a new-media current affairs program focusing on issues on the global agenda. Advocate Inbram holds a B.A. in Management and L.L.B. in Law, is a graduate of the Mandel Institute and holds an L.L.M in Public and International Law from Northwestern University in Chicago and Tel Aviv University. He lectures on social issues, racism and human rights.

Advocate Niv Goldberg, Head of Art & Cultural Property Law and Restitution Practice

Advocate Goldberg is an internationally recognized expert in art and cultural property law, provenance research, restitution and Holocaust Art. He served sixteen years at Yad Vashem's Museum of Holocaust Art, in a variety of curatorial roles including as Art Collection Manager. Before joining Schwartz Narkiss & Co., he served as director of the Hashava Foundation, and was among the founders of a course on provenance research and restitution instituted at Tel-Aviv University's law faculty. He has served as a supervisor for Master degree students participating in a practicum course on provenance research and restitution at Haifa University, and has lectured on these topics and on Holocaust Art at universities and conferences in Israel and internationally.
Advocate Goldberg is a member of the international team completing the final report in the German-led Restitution Restatement project, focusing on the procedural practices of the European Restitution Committees.
In 2009, in the Claims Commission's first-ever Descriptive Catalogue of Looted Judaica, and again in 2016, Goldberg was the only individually named expert listed in Israel.
