Cyber ​& Intellectual Property Law Department

The department provides legal services in the following domains: Cyber Law, Intellectual Property and Privacy Law, and handles technology, communications, new media, copyright law, trademarks and patents.

The department is accompanied by consulting attorney Dr. Moti Zwilling, (Ph.D. in Computational Biology) who is an expert in cyber. He provides a variety of legal services ranging from cyber and regulation, to risk assessment, management of intellectual property registration procedures, applications and technology registration and accompanying start-up ventures.

Furthermore, the department provides legal services in additional domains: content management and digital media distribution agreements, intellectual property enforcement and infringement prevention, and litigating in appropriate legal instances. The deparment works in the appropriate cases hand in hand with the criminal justice litigation department.
