Cyber Law and Information Security
The department provides legal opinions regarding cyber law and information security, legal assistance to insurance companies regarding aspects of cyber risk, technology licensing, as well as writing policy documents and legal regulatory support for information security managers, risk managers and cyber risk management steering institutional committees. The department also provides legal advice regarding cyber risk management audits conducted by internal auditors and compliance officers.
In addition, the department specializes in legal advice regarding supply chain management - (see - ISCMA - Israeli Supply Chain Management Association), risk management (ERM) in public and private organizations and in e-commerce, including the use of cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin).
