The department provides legal support and advisory services to start-up companies developing isnnovative technology (including technologies that require the involvement of API (Defense Export Control Division) - and the Ministry of Defense - DECA, including in the cyber field.
The firm is also involved in formulating and writing Internet regulations and provides legal services regarding high-tech technologies and software development (open source, non-compete agreements, etc.) Legal assistance in the establishing and implementing of websites and Internet applications.
The firm also accompanies negotiations and formulating contracts with subcontractors, and accompanies the procedures of the series and registration of domain names and Internet of Things (IoT).
